How the Booking Process Works:
1. Submit Your Service Request
Use the form on this page to tell us what type of machine you have, the service you’re requesting, your preferred dates, and any relevant machine conditions or symptoms.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can prepare.
2. Review & Sign Your Service Agreement
After we receive your request, Machine Tech will reach out to:
• Confirm availability
• Review service scope
• Provide pricing (if not already quoted)
• Issue our digital Service Agreement
3. Booking Confirmation
Once your Service Agreement is signed, you will receive:
• A confirmed service date
• Technician arrival window
• Any required preparation instructions
• A direct line for communication
Please note:
✔ Your service date is not confirmed until the Service Agreement has been signed and returned.
✔ Scheduling is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
