🥉 Tier 1 – Essential Protection

For shops that want annual health verification

1 Visit Per Year (Per Machine)

Includes:

• Full visual mechanical inspection
• Lubrication system inspection
• Way cover and wiper inspection
• Hydraulic system inspection
• Coolant system inspection
• Air system inspection
• Basic electrical cabinet inspection
• Alarm history review
• OEM parameter verification (non-invasive)
• Written PM condition report

Best for:

• Lower production machines
• Backup machines
• Budget-conscious shops

🥈 Tier 2 – Performance Stability

For production machines that must stay reliable

2 Visits Per Year (Per Machine)

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

• Ball screw backlash check
• Gib condition check
• Axis load meter baseline recording
• Spindle inspection and run condition evaluation
• Thermal condition observation
• CNC and Servo battery condition check
• Electrical terminal inspection & tightening (as needed)
• Minor adjustments (within PM scope)

Best for:

• Primary production equipment
• Tighter tolerance work
• Higher spindle-hour machines

🥇 Tier 3 – Asset Protection Program

Maximum protection and priority positioning

2–4 Visits Per Year (Based on usage)

Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:

• Machine geometry verification (level & alignment check)
• Preventative wear component review
• Fluid condition evaluation
• Priority scheduling for repairs
• Annual maintenance planning consultation
• Detailed asset condition tracking report

Best for:

• High-revenue machines
• Tight-tolerance CNC equipment
• Shops running multi-shift production

What’s Not Included in our PM programs:

• Major repairs
• Replacement parts
• Oils, greases, or fluids (customer supplied)
• Emergency breakdown service
